I’m Andrew Mainwaring — an executive and leadership coach. For twenty years before this, I led HR and People teams at Yahoo, Verizon Media, and AOL, guiding leaders through mergers, restructurings, and sustained uncertainty.
I coach from inside that experience, and I’m credentialed for it — ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
I also came through a serious cancer diagnosis of my own. It changed how I see pressure, identity, and what matters — and it’s part of why I do this work. Corporate fluency, coaching depth, lived experience: that’s what I bring to the leaders and organizations I work with.
